The Washington English Club site is a site with commercial and non-commercial sections. A free trial call, if offered, is free of charge. However, a certain amount of fee must be paid for the trainings that must be taken in order to actively benefit from the entire service. Washington English Club respects intellectual property rights. Washington English Club reserves the right to change instructors without notice. Instructor discomfort etc. In some cases, substitute instructors enter the classes. In these and similar cases, there is no postponement of the lessons or make-up of these lessons. These situations are not followed up by the Washington English Club.
The person receiving the service agrees to pay the individual service fee in advance on the same day from the date of signing the contract. If this fee is not paid, Washington English Club has the right to unilaterally stop the service. Washington English Club delivers invoices and similar documents to its students by courier or e-invoice, and all shipping charges belong to the buyer.
The person receiving the service has the right to change the contact information (phone, e-mail) from which he receives service during the service and contract period by notifying the Washington English Club official. There is no package change or time change between the packages served. The person receiving the service does not have the right to transfer his lessons to another person. Such requests from the service recipient will be rejected by the Washington English Club.

Except for the gender information, any personal information (name, surname, age, ethnicity, university, etc.) about the trainers is not shared with the service recipients in accordance with the agreements made with these companies. Washington English Club reserves the right to make changes in the companies it serves. Washington English Club cannot be held responsible or liable for any disputes that may arise due to this information. In addition, Washington English Club does not undertake to give lessons, the number of certain days and the number of courses per month to the students in case of holidays caused by public holidays and special days within the education interval.
